KofXIII Climax Tier List from Arcadia Magazine
Kurushii recently posted a couple tier lists from Arcadia Magazine. What do you think of this tier list? Let us know in the forums or in the comments section!
SS: Ex Iori
S: Mr. Karate
AA: Kim, Iori
A: Kyo, Hwa, Chin
B: Ex Kyo, Vice, Shen, Takuma, Benimaru
C: Everyone else

I feel a lot of these divisions could have been plus and minus instead of a whole letter difference. Benimaru surprises me but I’ve known for a while Japan thinks regular Kyo is superior. Also I think the divisions I mentioned earlier make it easier for Arcadia to lump in the “Everyone else” tier.
Japanese players seem to place high value on Ex Iori than any other region. I agree he’s definitely at the top, but I don’t think Ex Iori is a stand-out best over Mr. Karate/Kim/Benimaru.
