GAME RULES:
Unless otherwise stated all console tournaments will be played on PS3.
All singles tournaments will be standard format 2/3 match points for normal matches and 3/5 for finals matches. (UMVC3 and 3D fighters will be 3/5 match points)
Team tournaments are single match the entire tournament including all finals matches.
SCHEDULE:
Venue and entry fees will be collected between 9am and 5pm both days. Please allow 1 hour prior to tournament start time to register. Even if you preregistered online you will still need to check in at the registration desk for each tournament.

Bookmarked, hotel plans for next week, training begins.
Doubt I'm gonna shoot for top anything like I did for NEC. Gonna stick to training myself better and see how far I can go one match at a time.

When you say 3v3 for KOFXIII teams, you should specify the details that it's each individual players Vs. the other & that it's Waseda style or it's 3v3 each player uses a character, just a suggestion. Also, are singles still going to be on Sunday as it was with NEC XIII because if there's going to be a the pot bonus, I would think it'd be best to at least start half of the potential pools Saturday night. And if you guys need any assistance in regards to KOFXIII, don't be shy to ask, I'll gladly put myself out there.

El Quatro Loko - Pittsburgh PA, city is important since there were about 7 of us at NEC for KOF and more next time around.

All three added. Teams are one character apiece single elim due to the massive size expected of Singles.
I figure that since Singles are free, each player for teams would be willing to put up $10 even though they are playing just one character. Start leveling up just that one!
El Quatro - if you could spread the word and make sure your whole scene puts Pittsburgh, we'll take care of you.

Here's the room situation guys. There's another event going on nearby and they are booking rooms at the Holiday Inn as well.
Here is what's left per night at the holiday inn for winter brawl 7:

Ok players if you entering 2012, Umvc3, tekken tag 2, mk9, p4A and kof13, we will be taking registration for those games from 8am-12pm, after 12pm if your not in the line you will not be in the tournament SORRY.
This must happen this way for everything to run on time.
