Hey everyone, I'm trying to compile KoF XIII Tournament data to create a ranking system for community use in the future. I'm hoping this can be a dumping grounds for brackets from local and major KoF XIII tourneys so I can flesh out a database for each year.
The Ranking system is based off the Capcom Pro Tour 2014 system (http://capcomprotour.com/about/ (http://capcomprotour.com/about/)) and I've applied that to the 2014 KoF XIII results that I could easily find this a.m. so as to do a mock trial for 2015 and beyond.

Explanation: I mostly stuck to the majors for 2014 in my digging so far except for Frosty's Fausting which would be a Tier 2 event in the Pro Tour logic. (Though FF VI took place at the end of 2013 it has moved into Jan now so I put it on the 2014 list) I made the Cafe Id tournament weighted heavier than a Premier tier event as well as NEC since both were higher stakes and filled with very great players.
Of course I'm very interested in feedback and ideas as well as fleshing out the brackets I have and the ones I cannot yet find online.

Winter Shodown 2 can be a tier 2 tournament. For local tournaments that use a bracket for players above 8 players can use the 128 point first place cap, while round robin can use the 64 point first place cap.
