On maximum difficulty the AI for this game is so freaking cheap. They anti-air you almost 70 percent of the time if you are in the air, they can punish really well, and they can even block well almost 60 percent of the time. The cheapest AI's IMO are maybe Ryo, Clark, Gai, Sliver and Jazu. Anyone else use the AI for training?

Sure when I have to train against it I use it, but you gotta understand how the CPU thinks and just take it as it is...

You mean how it "reads"... I still think SF2HF's AI easily takes the crown of "Most Frustrating (read - Cheap) AI"...

Doesnt the AI in SF2HF take more damage than they should? And they don't even charge...
But the AI in KOFXI I think is fairly smart.

I never really had any problems with KOFXI AI at all. I always play all the fighters in the highest difficulty and I was surprised KOFXI isn't that much of a problem.
Maybe because I play it in Team Mode, maybe the AI gets toned down or something I never liked the Tag System of XI. lol

AI in XI is damn easy. I only have problems against Gato and few of the midbosses. Also AI in 2003 is also kinda lame. And I play both in highgest level.
But AI in Art of Fighting 2.... I don't wanna even think about it.

I still don't know how the first time that I beat a kof on a arcade wih only one coin was with XI, and after that, never found a way to beat the boss again
But XI isn't that frustrating, ST and AOF are way more frustrating

I believe the AI is more vulnerable to random extra dmg, but I haven't played it in so long... Yeah the AI doesn't charge at all, the move just comes out even while they're walking forward o_O
