Is Shion going to be selectable or as downloadable content? I just saw the promotion movie. I can make an exception to buy this, since I prefer a character that can switch between two fighting styles or more.

I think most people think of IV like II because of the "how many of the same game are we going to see?" epidemic. Of course every iteration of II had differences making them discernable, but probably a good number of people are looking more for innovation.

I agree. I'm glad for Street Fighter 3 (I may buy it, if nothing new or underrated is available), because it was something refreshing than the other ones and likewise for King of Fighters Maximum Impact, even though the movement animations should have been better for it's time. However, I do expect innovative game play for recent fighting games like these and others, but it's below satisfactory.

I wish that the audience can be open to something new and not so content on redundancy.

I would like to try Tekken vs Street Fighter when it's released, because I expect a refreshing command list from Street Fighter characters. I've thought about revisting Street Fighter, but I've changed my mind. I felt that the series' interest has been been lost for it's game play system. I'm have not much of an interest for Tekken anymore, but I will make an exception for this project.

The selections of the characters seem to be too unpreferrable, almost. I will just not buy this.

Personally, I don't hate BlazBlue, but I'm indifferent towards it. It seemed like a "fake" version of Guilty Gear, as the gamestop employer told me. I tried my best to like them after playing, expecting to like it before buying (rented the first, not the second), but I couldn't. My attention with Guilty Gear was fair, but it didn't last that long, kind of like with Marvel vs Series.

I believe the game Fate Unlimited Codes is kind of similar to those, but I much prefer it in comparison.

I wish for Snk to continue with sequel of King of Fighters Maximum Impact. I prefer 3D games mostly for some reason, but I wouldn't want it "beginner like" in game play and to be more smooth in the animations.

The choice is up to them, really. I have tried something like this before, arcades in East New Orleans and Metaire Louisiana. I currently live in Northwest Houston, which is rare to see others bother with king of fighters over here at Greenspoint. There real interest is toward Marvel vs Capcom and Tekken.

The lack of people to play whether they are serious or not, usually don't hinder me from trying to learn how to play fighting games by myself.. I admit that I wasn't into King of Fighters nor Samurai Shodown much for years, but I made the choice to, not too long ago.

Samurai Shodown / Re: Questions about Samurai Showdown 5 Special and 6

I like both, but I prefer Samurai Shodown 6, which I have just started playing very recently, because they've added Yumeji again.

I maybe of the minority, but I do prefer characters that have 2 or more type of styles to change from, like Xiao Lon, Shion, Jhun Hoon, and Orochi transformations. Characters like that offers more to me. That never stopped me from trying to learn the rest of characters from a few other fighting games.

My favorite charaters I would like to see are Xiao Lon, Shion, Vanessa, Lin, Jhun Hoon, Luise Meyrink, Angel, Shermie, and Eiji. Most of my favorites probably won't be added. I would need Mature added to a third member along side with Andy and Leona.

Classic King of Fighters / Re: The Judge's Letter

A relative and myself had something similar to this in discussion from game play today, difference in King of Fighters and Street Fighter. This was one of the reasons why I wasn't interested mostly in Street Fighter anymore, because it had less of what King of Fighters had.

I did think that the third Street Fighter series had a valuable change from game play, because of having different stragedies to perform, which was discontinued by Street Fighter 4. That encouraged me to stay with other fighting games like this one, which seemed to have been fortunate.

Meet & Greet / If this is mandatory...

Hello. Interesting to the individual(s) who thought of this forum. I don't play much video games, but King of Fighters happens to be one of them. I could see myself lurking more here and the virtua fighter forum, than the other game sites. This will replace them.
