I think it would be cool. I'm not sure about when we can make it down there. Hopefully this tuesday if Jacob is off work.

Jacob and I will be able to make it to the tourney, barring any unforseen circumstances.

Sorry I couldn't make it to the tourney guys. I just happened to get sick on my first day off after 14 days straight of work. Needless to say though, I'm more than set financially for frosty's   ;)

I'm in for frosty's too. I'm literally gonna be working 10 hour shifts daily for the next couple weeks though. So I won't have much time for casuals in the near future.

GGs to everybody at GnG today. Everybody seems to be improving, and having a KOF 13, Guilty Gear, and 02um setup all at once was a dream come true.

Yes I do. I had a great time last year, aside from the venue being way too small for the event. I just have to start saving up because I'm broke as fuck at the moment.

Duo Lon / Re: Duo wiki building thread

I just finished writing up on Duo Lon's normals. Feel free to look it over and see if it's thorough enough.
Do not agree with that post about standing b at all. Stb is a great normal and is very important to duo Lon's game. St.b is great for tick throws, it his low, is cancelable, has little push back, has frame advantage, it shares start up animation of f+b so it has uses there as well, also it's whiff cancelable. The move has tons of uses.

Ok that's good criticism. I don't really mess around with it since I find it to be kind of stubby, and don't like the fact that it isn't chainable. Never really looked at it in those ways. I was mostly comparing it to say, EX Kyo's standing B, which chains into itself and other normals, and works as a good start to a combo when hitting as the first attack of a block string.

It's cool to see these nice KOF turnouts happen consistently at GNG. I haven't been able to make it out there for a while due to having a nasty cold and job searching/working. I'm hoping to make it out to Rosedale next tuesday, and also hoping to play some offline 98/02um.

Depends on when we end up leaving. It took about 6 or 7 hours for us to get there for Frosty Faustings. Hopefully around at least 8pm so that we have time to get in some casual games before the tourney.

Jacob and I can bring our Xbox, which has Guilty Gear, 98um, and 02um on it also. I'm kind of skeptical of the new Guilty Gear being nearly as good as its predecessor, because a lot of modern fighting games suck or just aren't as good as the older games that they're based off of (SF4, MVC3, SFxT, P4A, etc..).

I liked that format for casuals because it tends to give more people equal playing time. And small money matches would be interesting as well.

GGs to everybody at casuals yesterday. It's great to see everybody improving and picking up new characters. And props to Alex for picking up the game and giving it a serious shot. Kind of makes me want to pick up Soul Calibur to return the favor and not feel like a dick.

GGs to everybody at Comicade. I wish I could've made it to 98/02um casuals today but work is a bitch.
