so apparently "Xian" from singapore is in my pools for ssf4 along with gootecks. But what you may not know is that Xian had placed top 4 in KOF 13 during last years SBO! He even placed top 8 in a recent SSf4 tourney in Australia. Hopefully him and I make it out of our brackets with ease without running into each other  

I should surprise him by not letting him know that a fellow KOF'er is in his pool. Will this be my undoing??

I don't think you have to worry about gooteks. As for Xian just treat it like AI, beating chinese since 2000 hahah.

Btw, Kunio should be arriving today around 7pm. Maybe we can get some games in with him tonight or at least tomorrow.

Is Southtown Arcade hard to find? I'm looking at google maps street view and it's probably outdated. I remember someone mentioning having to walk through a massage place haha.

Is it really possible to do - cr. Bx2, b+B, d~u+   ?

Because  version of the d~u does 169, so it's easier for me to do - cr. Bx2, d~u+d in a first time which does 165Dmg.

I looked a video frame by frame, and it happears i can may be get more 1-2 frames. So it's may be me but the timing seems really tight. Moreover i think it's impossible to cancel the b.B so i can't do the combo charging while i'm doing the cr.B

It's B version only and the it's not cancelled off b+B, it's a link, so you do it right after b+B ends.

I'd go with you guys if I had the money. I may not be as good as you guys, but my hair would distract the opposition :D

If anyone cancels, would you be willing to go? It doesn't cost very much split 4 ways.

I have 3 confirmed (Me, 4leaf, Kane317), and 1 more pending (The Answer).

We expect to arrive at Southtown Arcade at 8pm Saturday and 12pm Sunday.

I finally got around practicing Iori like I intended from day one.  He's definitely up there with the HD monsters like Shen and now Leona.

this got me wondering though, does he have auto guard for his whole body? like, what if i did a sweep, would it still auto guard low? and i'm assuming it doesn't auto guard against projectiles right?

Not against lows. 4leaf told me he's able to guard multiple hits as long as the hits are close enough together like Ash's fireball super.

That's kinda strange as I don't think it can guard Takuma's f~b~f+P.

That move is special, it also can't be countered.
