Yo, this game looks awesome and I'm totally in there once it comes out. I don't know anything about Persona as the RPGs don't really appeal to me, but this looks amazing.

I don't play Terry, but I have a question regarding him:

How in the world do you punish a blocked crack shoot? I tried all sorts of things from command grab to close C to low b, nothing seems to work. Terry's close C beats everything except command grab, and Terry can neutral jump and punish if I go for a command grab. Is it just a 50/50 everytime a crackshoot is blocked?

I feel there are a couple problems with having character subforums:

1) Lack of activity - As it is, some of the character threads barely get used. Having a ghost town of a subforum would be discouraging

2) What new can be said on the forums that isn't covered in the wiki? Like, very specific matchup information and specific corner cases can be discussed, but almost all useful info is already in the wiki.

That's just my 2 cents. Feel free to disregard since I am new here. lol.

As you can see, we are still fairly new to the game. Any gameplay of matchup tips would be awesome as we are all trying to get better. Can't wait till next Wednesday!

No, I noticed that, just never thought to use qcf+c. /shrug. I actually sometimes go [dp+a HDC qcb+c qcb+a] xN so I can land a 1 stock super at the end. I noticed that if I am not right against the corner, the 1 stock super won't hit but a 2 stock super will, so I try to move myself as close as possible. lol.

I actually feel people don't use raw NeoMax enough. KOF is a pretty offense oriented game and you can really surprise people with raw NMs. I've landed Iori's NM a whole bunch since people are not watching my meter and it just catches them during sloppy play.

I think it's too early to have concrete figures. The best we can hope for right now is VGchartz and they're not entirely accurate. The only way would be to wait till Atlus/SNKP releases the data either in a press release or through year end financials.

Didn't see one, so I am going to start one.

A group of us recently picked up KOFXIII and we play every Wednesday at OverKlocked (http://www.overklocked.com) in Edmonton. There's about 6 to 8 of us that are pretty into it, so we'd love for more people to come out and make our scene thrive.

What's the more damaging HD loop in the corner? I'm currently using [dp+a HDC qcb+c, qcf+a] xN, but I have seem others use [dp+a HDC qcf+a] xN.

The first one is super easy for me.

I have a really tough time opening people up. What are some good crossover setups? I mainly use air C as my cross up, but it seems to whiff lots. I'm sure I'm doing it wrong.
