ADDITIONAL NOTE: This WILL BE played on PS3 guys so please make note of that because Big E's tournaments always run KOFXIII on it. Matches should more than likely be recorded off stream as well and for the love of god, PLEASE Pre-Register if you can. Also if we get more than 20 entrants would people be interested in running teams like we did at NEC? It would be ran either Friday late in the evening or Sunday early so people can leave. It CANNOT happen Saturday because that is the busiest day for single tournaments and exhibitions.

"Welcome to another Hoc/Overdrive Tournament. You've been watching us stream our sessions for a long time.

We will be hosting at Pulse which is a lounge not too far from where we have the H.O.C sessions/tournament. You must be 21 and over to attend this event

Changes have been done to assure a better tournament experience.

As soon as you enter the venue, please pay both venue fee and entry fee so I can sign you up.

Also people tend to have a habit of putting that their going to the tournament and don't show up. I don't need people to put that they going when they know they not going to.

You can put maybe if you not sure that you're going. This allows me to adjust to how many people is coming. Even when I have a legit venue, I would still rather have people not put that they going when they know they not.

Hookah - $20 and $10 for the refill

I personally want to thank and shout out everyone who helped make NEC a DRASTIC IMPROVEMENT from last years' event including the main man Mono (Jeremy), meanestrage and the rest of the KPB members that assisted, and a few others that helped out. People who brought setups & did other things because all the little things that this community does to help DOES in fact count. IF footage recorded off-stream was taken, there will be a playlist put on here and on the Videos thread in General Discussion. I also apologize for not making the Locals vs. Invaders Exhibition happen as there were problems that arose in terms of recording and lack of experience for doing so on the PS3, I can assure you this will not happen again as we all have learned from this. Karn I know I owe you 20 cents next time I see you lol & Game Wizard I owe you $5.50 for your half of the earnings from teams because all of us actually forgot about the $ portion of things. A vast number of positive responses were taken from the team tournament this time around so this will be the format we will use for future team tournaments in this area. If I didn't list give you a shout out, just get at me & I'll try to remember you. Thank you everyone & know that only we can make this community improve and grow and treat it as it should be.
