So does GCCD into D dropkick still work in console?

About the command grab: I was thinking it was possibly a useful option select. I realized on-hit,  s. ;c, ;fd ;b;dn ;df ;fd ;b ~ EX grab combos. However, if the s. ;c;fd ;b string is blocked, the command dash while still put you in range to get the grab. The opponent can backdash/jump to avoid this or mash out an invincible move. But if your opponent remains blocking they will get scooped. If they weren't blocking, they will still get scooped. Thoughts?

By definition that's not a option-select but that's a new topic altogether.  If I'm not mistaken, the opponent will still be in the block stun from your f+B so your command grab will miss.

Someone was telling me that the blockstun of f+B ends similarly to the time it takes you to command grab. You'd probably be able to make this close to unescapable but it'd probably take quite a bit of practice.

Nope. This new team of mine is incredibly lame, stupid, and overpowered. There's one surprise I think you guys will be pleased to see someone playing.

I heard there were some questions regarding my whereabouts. I've been doing a lot of grinding and soul searching and I think I've finally come up with one of the lamest teams ever. I will debut this team either in two weeks or a month. Depends on how much I want to practice beforehand.

Keep at it James, you'll bring me and Charles back by the next tournament!

, requires 2 stocks and 60% drive meter.  Apparently, if you can land a j.CD in the corner you can do it with 1 stock and 50% drive.  Perhaps one our local Ash expert CMD.Duc could transcribe the combo. EDIT: Ok I transcibed it but if CMD.Duc or Mr Kof could double check for me that'll be great (particularly the strengths of the specials).

So I've been wondering this for a while, in the video it says that there's an updated version that uses less stock, anyone have any idea what it is?

Since I'm editting an old post I'm not sure who will see this but w/e. It appears the new stun combo of choice is as follows.

*denotes walking trick/run first

j.D, cl/cr.C, b/f+BD, b/f+C, b+D, b/f+C*, (d/u+B (DC) b/f+A)x2, b/f+C*, b+D, ABCD*, (d/u+B, b+D, f+D, empty cancel b+B, f+C)x4, b+D, d/u+C.

That obviously doesn't work for you it seems.

If I remember correctly the only reason you won the last time we played XIII was that broken ass EX tatsu. What are you going to mash when they take it out?

If I remember correctly your only decent character is Raiden j.CD. Also, Kula doesn't have EX tatsu in 2k2 um does she?

Tasty, have you considered not tier whoring in every game you play?

Does anyone want to play some 2k2 UM sometime? I can't travel far though lol, no car.

I'll work on all the loli's.

One thing I want to ask is do we only want to list practical BNBs or do we want to list whatever will work? Like with K' he has an extremely long combo section but half of those combos make the other half useless. An example would be his 1 drive 1 super combos.

- j.D -> d.B -> qcf+A -> f+D -> qcb+D -> qcb+K (miss) -> dp+A (1hit) -> SC qcfx2+P
- j.D -> d.B -> qcf+A -> f+D -> qcb+BD -> qcb+K (miss) -> dp+A (2hit) -> DC qcf+B -> dp+C
- j.D -> d.B -> qcf+A -> f+D -> qcb+D -> qcb+K (miss) -> dp+A (1hit) -> DC qcb+BD -> qcb+K (miss) -> dp+C
- j.D -> d.B -> qcf+A -> f+D -> qcb+D -> qcb+K (miss) -> dp+A (2hit) -> DC qcf+B -> dp+AC

Yes all 4 of them work but they all work no matter what. Do we really need to have all four when we can list maybe the highest damaging one and a slightly easier variation of it?

I didn't understand that part about the changelist, doesn't her qcf/DP moves have just as much if not longer startup than st.C?

Yeah I haven't had any hands on time so I don't know hwo this works. Maybe it's something like you cancel the counter into a special now instead of how it is now. Maybe someone who's actually played console can clarify.

Sorry school>fighting games. I was already in the process of making plans to head down for SCR when I found out I couldn't because of finals. I'm just retired from the ranbats for now but when I come back you guys are gonna be in for quite a few treats I think. I'm still working hard at KOF, don't worry.

I wish i can say her last name (its to long and confusing :() O anyways i noticed in XII the was able to cancel her counter ( ;dn ;df ;fd ;k or  ;dn ;db ;bk ;k) into another move like  ;dn ;db ;bk ;c can she still do it in XIII

Currently in arcade kof 13 if you counter something with a normal counter you get a free throw. If you use ex counter you get a free st.C combo starter. However this is being changed in console version. I believe in console you no longer get a st.C f+B, you just go straight into a special move.
