Notes

Ralf was totally nerfed on this new version, in 98 og his normals related with C were indredibly good. Now they are slower

his air qcf + p attack now has OTG properties, you can even combo it after an qcb, hcf + k attack (I recall that this last combo could be done in older kof's, even 98, but maybe I'm mixing things)

Well, without his good normals, ralf got a hit on this version, is weird to see him now on fights, but he still is far from being a bad character, is just that isn't that good either
