Sup guys. Just starting off a thread for the New England peeps playing KOF. Post up if you're going to play peeps within the New England area. Post for gatherings, casuals, tournaments, etc. If you wanna introduce yourself, that's also cool. Tell us what state you're from and what team of characters you're playing. I'm from Springfield, Massachusetts. I'm currently working with Kula, Iori (flames), and Yuri. Currently playing on Xbox but will grab a PS3 copy as soon as the netcode patch comes out. Hopefully we can this thread going!

All I did was take a picture I liked, cropped it to a square, and uploaded it. It resized it for me lol. I kinda wish I can get a higher quality pic.

Also, I'm thinking about going to Game Underground tonight. If I go, I'll bring an Xbox KOF setup. I have DLC characters as well. Anyone else thinking of dropping by?

If I lived closer to Framingham, I'll go to Games Underground a lot.  Last time I was there, I spent the whole time playing drummania in the back and kind of gave up on the KOF tourney.  lol

I tend to forget that GU is a Bemani hotspot even though I have a friend who will always play one or two games of Beatmania IIDX there. I guess the blaring J-Pop and Eurobeat help me play better lol.

Okay after some research I've decided to start doing $5 Day Passes EVERY DAY I'm open at Ultimate Gaming Spot:

Meaning you pay $5 and play ALL DAY! Fight Nights are now gonna be Thurs and Saturdays, however if there are open machines (usually there are) I'm not against popping in KOF XIII.

I had my first tournament on the 18th of December:







And frankly, there were not enough entrants for KOF XIII so people only played casuals.

Now beyond that, I've changed the space layout so there is a lot more room for gaming and now the place feels more like an arcade:
