On it. Trying to get at least a 40% damage (which seems most any basic combo with a super) in case of whiff combo down pat for each of my characters. Practicing now to take my opportunities better in the future! :)

GGs to everybody at casuals yesterday. It's great to see everybody improving and picking up new characters. And props to Alex for picking up the game and giving it a serious shot. Kind of makes me want to pick up Soul Calibur to return the favor and not feel like a dick.

I had a lot of fun too. If anyone wants to stick with the single match format at GNG it's fine...maybe even spice it up by having both players bet a dollar. Whoever wins gets the dollar.

I liked that format for casuals because it tends to give more people equal playing time. And small money matches would be interesting as well.

I dug the single match winner stays on format quite a bit. It adds just enough stress and desire to try harder to win plus a little betting is always good! Losing all those dollars I stand to lose in the immediate future will only force me to get more focused.

I also thought maybe after UFGT I'd hit up Alex and try to learn a little Soul Calibur too since he's putting in the time in KoF. But for now I just need maximum practice time for growing my meagre skills in KoF...

What day and time you guys wanna leave for Chicago in two weeks for UFGT9? Let me know for I can reserve the room based on when we get there and when we leave.

Anyone registered for UFGT 9 yet?

I already registered but I haven't had a lot of time for games due to working 2 jobs lately. Still looking for a ride if y'all have a spot open.

Thursday would probably be best to head out there since pools for games start Friday afternoon.

Anyone heading to casuals at GNG tomorrow? If so we can play some GG and KOF and finalize stuff about UFGT9.

I can't get out to GnG tonight, but I'll reiterate that I'm prepared to drive to UFGT anytime after 1pm on Thurs next week. If I'm correct as it stands right now my car will be: Desmond, Jacob, Josh and myself?

I'd be down to practice on Saturday, but I can only do it noon-4pm as I have work in the evening. :( Otherwise I can definitely make it to GnG next Tues.

I'll be at GnG Tuesday. I will bring my XBOX360 for KOFXIII.

Btw, for UFGT, I would bring my 360 for casuals but I don't have GGXXAC+ on it. Anyone wanna bring theirs instead? Also, who can bring a screen?  I don't trust the TV's in the hotel room.
