HCF+P+ to QCF+C followup doesn't give you any juggle potential, nor pressure/oki. It pretty much leaves you at a neutral situation for the most part. Only Max Cancelling his HCF+C to QCF+C followup gives him a juggle, and even then he's still limited to only comboing into his punch super. Other than that, he has better tools he can use to get oki and stay on people

He has a better Max Cancel juggle off HCB+A, though the timing to land the punch super is strict. They have to be almost hitting the ground before they fall, and whiffing it leaves you open to eat a combo depending on your position and the character.
