I've been meaning to post in this thread for awhile, but just never got around to getting my sticks together for pics until now. First up, commercial sticks:

A Tekken 5 Collector's Edition stick, two Neo Geo old style AES sticks, and two PS1 Namco sticks. All are unmodded, though I'm thinking of changing out the parts on the Tekken stick at some point. Neat story: the Tekken stick I found last year used in a Gamestop for only $7. Seriously.

Other than that, I've also made my own sticks over the last couple years:

All of them have iL Eurosticks (except the Ragna stick which has a Semitsu LS-32) and Happ Competition buttons. The two plain wood ones are setup for PS2 right now, the Ragna stick is PC/PS3, Last Blade stick is set for my supergun atm, Garou/Terry stick has a MC Cthulhu, and the Hazama stick is PS3/360. My personal favorite is the Terry stick, and it's the one I use the most.

Hell yeah, Namco Stick ftw.

I also dig the Garou Terry stick.

Hey JT, always wanted to ask what the dimensions are for your LB and Terry sticks are. I'm tired of lugging around my Mas Stick and always did like the more compact looking size of those sticks.

My LB/Terry/Hazama sticks are all 3-3/16" x 9-1/2" x 12" without any parts inside it.

SNK would make a great money, if they made a conspiracy/thriller style movie about the production of KOF XII/XIII. (с)

People with multiple consoles looking for a stick should probably wait til this comes out.

http://shoryuken.com/2011/12/04/joy-tron-announces-exchanger-dual-console-arcade-stick-with-sanwa-or-korean-parts/

Dual korean top of the line arcade stick. It's super easy to open and, mod as well. When I say super easy to open and, I mean just the touch of a button to pop the top open.

Probably a silly question, but using a Hori FS3 right now for XIII, might be looking for another quality stick.

Looking at either an Eightarc or the ExChanger, which do you think might fare better over time, and for XIII?

Go for a Qanba. I think the Eightarc is a rebranded Qanba. Kane317 reviewed one on the homepage.

The Eightarc lacks the handle bar of the Qanba, but the start button isn't on the face, which I think makes the Eightarc alot more appealing.

That EXChanger isn't out yet, but I got my eyes peeled on it, looks pretty cool, I like how easily it opens up. The Razor stick has a similar feature I believe.

My HRAP3's cord is breaking at the base. I'm glad all of the newer sticks are using a better design for the cord. I'm likely going to order a HRAP V3. We need high quality 6 button sticks on the market.

Damn straight. I ordered a 6 button layout plexi overlay from Tek Innovations for my TE and I love it, despite having a minor scratch below the R2 button.

Exar released a full sanwa stick awhile back that uses a six button layout, the stick is pretty much identical to their old KOFXII stick far as the case goes, and it's like $120 I think. I haven't heard any impressions from those that managed to buy it though, sold out quickly @ Play-Asia.
