Leona 98UM is quiet the little monster compared to her OG counter part.

Hey man, I'm having a little trouble connecting this in the corner...the qcb+P starts up too slow for it to juggle from her b~f+B move. All the others work though.

Changes from OG98
- Grand Saber (strong) is significantly faster making comboing from strong normals possible, cr.C>b~f+D~f+K is an example
- Ai Slasher has been drastically improved, Leona can now move whilst Ai Slasher is deployed, this immensely helps her zoning/rushdown game which will be explained in detail later
- Earring Bomb can combo when it hits now, a welcome change
- V-Slasher has been buffed

Can you really do two QE+Attacks after you deplete your stock?

hey guys i'm having trouble doing the leona super combo that shows up around 2:50 in this video here:


don't think it's a "final edition-only combo" but i was sorta hoping for some helpful insight into executing it or else some sort of "that shit don't work in this version/on certain characters" disclaimer. i've been trying it on yashiro though so i don't think it has anything to do with character specific-ness either...

Yeah that combo works, I just tried it out a few times.

You have to quickmax cancel her F+B with ABC, then jump forward with D, then do her qcf, hcb + A/C super after that kick hits. They have to be standing obviously too. It's a little tricky to get that timing, so start slow with cl.C (or cr + C), F+B, QMax, (hold uf) then press D...it will be 3 hits. Then when you have that down, add her super.
