The Humble Bundle site is currently running a NeoGeo 25th anniversary bundle covering several NeoGeo titles, and additional extras at high enough tiers. This covers the applicable titles already available on Steam, and several others as DRM-free downloads which can also be played on a browser. Notably, on of the available titles is Samurai Shodown V Special, which has never been ported outside the NeoGeo.

SNK Playmore just announced through their Japanese Twitter account that they’ve updated their recruitment page – it now lists two new planner positions, one for a planner to work on a KoF title, and another for mobile titles. Experience and Japanese fluency are expected
Additionally, it displays the picture above, hinting that Leona is a likely addition to the next KoF title, along with Kyo and Iori, who were depicted in previous versions of the banner.
SNK Playmore’s recruitment page has mentioned openings for developer roles for a while. However, today both Gatoray at Twitter and Professor at the Madman’s Cafe pointed out links to the SNKP section of a Japanese recruitment site which mentions a few new roles for the company’s Osaka’s office – to quote Professor:
The company is looking for psychology graduates to work in their development team to make their games more appealing. I guess they still haven’t figured out why MSD had so many downloads.
