The reality is that Playmore doesn't want to put down the capital for a new installment but thinks the IP is worth a lot on its own. So it's worth more to just hold onto it without acting on it than it is to move the property to someone who WILL use it for game development.

That is the reality I'm afraid we're faced with. Is it true? Dunno, but I do know that the producer for XIII walked off the set so that's certainly a bad sign.

You might be right.Playmore only used it to make quick money after the old snk went bankrupt.Still i hope 13 will be a decent game at least.But i am sure Dimps can make a way better game and handle KOF as it should.

Cause they need money and people want everything and look for reasons to not give money. They demand everything that their original embodiment barely achieved (and didn't bother to support anyway).

It's something to get used to.

I'm looking forward to feedback on actual gameplay from the players over at EVO. How the tournament came out at their end, and any other changes that hasn't been brought up.

Yeah, only a clever company who still uses those characters for pachinko games and still make profits with the arcade games of old games will sell the rights  

I don't get your complain this time blacknoah with the ''SNKP is not interested anymore in making good games'' they would have released XIII version 1.1, no rebalances, no other extras, just the game, a versus mode, survival, online, and the option to modify volume and the difficulty

And believe me, they already did that with samurai shodown sen

Except for 2002 um, 98 um (which are not really new games from the grounds up) and NGBC and XI in some way - playmore only released shitty games.my opinion.i just want to play a fairly decent new kof game ...which i haven't played since 98!

Question, why the **** would they put "Botan" (who the hell is that) (I know who she is...) when they have many classic characters to still adapt to this new KOF generation?

Botan is from Those from The Past, which is what this saga's storyline revolves around. She is much more important than these "classic" characters.

Lol I can't see anything anymore either, most likely its the person whoever made those drawing's end.
