With a growing trend towards live streams, it's only fitting to have a thread on all the casts from Elive.Pro and any discussion related to the sort.  I'll kick it off with a list of casts that I feel will add valuable to the community; per request from Gunsmith, several of us have helped "translate" (if you can even call it that) the technical reference guide for all 31 characters:

There's also various match analyses (not commentary) on random matches on our accounts on elive.pro if anyone wanted to see them you can be my guest but don't expect some crazy quality as we're still practicing ;)

I'm curious, what do you discern as the difference between commentary and analysis?

please be very critical!! as it will make Kane 317 cringe, and I find extreme enjoyment in that lol, jk. Never admit to sucking, that's what the viewers are for. but really criticism and suggestions are more than welcome

Great question.  IMHO, a (running) commentary is usually a play-by-play move reiteration for the viewers with insight added to said moves, to inform the viewer what's going on plus some entertaining comments (colored commentator) on the side.  One person is the hype guy who bring energy while the other person supplements the hype guy with technical explanations to back it up.

A match analyses is a little more in-depth without doing the blow-by-blow.  Since it's not live, hopefully, it'll catch details that is often missed in live commentaries.  Often times using the elive.pro rewind feature and also draw arrows and so forth to help analyze the matches.  Some analyses are entertaining but it's not necessarily designed that way.

If you're familiar with the Starcraft2 world, think of day9.tv which is the direction I'm aiming for.

I don't know if it's just me or my internet connections but on the K Dash one, I can't hear Yuhang talking at all

EDIT: It's just in the beginning

Metaphysics and myself go over some more matches:
Match Analysis 6.

This was an interesting watch/listen. It gave me some appreciated insight into the game and also contained some fun characters.

Thanks.

Frankly Frionel's podcast is ridiculously good. He and his boys really hit the training mode pretty hard. Love the commentary as well as the technicals. I must have listened to all 3 hrs of it like 5 times. Wish he would do more casts in English...

Alright everyone, we got a long one here but it's a good one. Kane 317, The Professor, myself, and last but not least " The Godfather" himself Dune joins us in an interview getting his thoughts about the recent video by SNK Playmore detailing changes on several characters from XIII console version http://www.elive.pro/en/watch/RuXc8O97sIhc
