Did you see the Superman animated series? It was great. Sure Superman himself is bland (which DC needs to work out themselves.), but his villains are great. I've always loved Lobo, Luthor and Braniac. Sure, Batman is the easiest to expose, but they've been doing that forever. That's the reason why Marvel has had such a leg up on them because they're not intently focused on their biggest characters and then make them insanely broken every time. (Y'know, Pre-Crisis Superman and Prep-time Batman being seriously stupid) They need to branch out and I'm glad they allowed Green Lantern a chance, hell Wonder Woman is a great character and she barely gets exposure. (Well, the other exposure.)

Only projects I know they're on are USM and Avengers, other than that I'm aloof to it. I was pretty sure the animes, X-men and Fantastic Four have run their courses.

Honestly, as a standalone character, Dr. Strange could hold his own. The thing is they've never really tried and he hardly ever gets cameos. Which is weird because he's a favorite of all the Marvel head honchos. Of course, there's talks about a movie. Which in any case, I think Hugh Laurie would be an awesome choice.

Well again on the Wonder Woman, her rights were all tangled about.  Like I said, there was a REASON we had no inklings of her since JLU ended.  And yeah, I do like the Supes Rogue Gallery...but again, the Gallery gets a lot better when Supes is surrounded by others.  The shades of grey some of them do are a lot better serviced when they interact with someone without the absolute morality of Clark.  But again, I believe it's completely obvious that most of DC's cartoons like to coincide with Movie releases.  GL got nothing until the Live Action Movie for the most part.  It would not surprise me that we get a Supes cartoon not too long after his movie, but I'm not clamoring for it.

Yeah, you're right on the things you mentioned, and thank god the animes ended, every one of them other than Iron Man (which was actually pretty solid) was awful.  Wolvie and the X-Men got screwed (it was a damn good show for the most part other than the Wolvie-centric eps, but the other eps where everyone got shine made it damn worth it), and Fantastic Four was...eh.  IM:Armored Adventures is still going with that classic irregular airing (it's actually not that bad, while Tony being 17 does take away things like Demon in a Bottle, I don't think it's that big of a deal.  Hell they already got to Extremis).  Hulk: Agents of S.M.A.S.H is on the way (though I think it might also be in the USM universe...so that's doomed to fail), and there's always the Super Hero Squad Show lol.  But it's like I said, there's a lot going on, but none of it really is worth mentioning.

Doc Strange could stand alone, but like I said, I think he'd do some good with some build up.  Unless his rights have been up in the air, he could get dropped for some Avengers eps.  Also, Hugh Laurie as Doc Strange...I could see that.  Though it will also be weird.

One time, I put 50 applications for several jobs for a WHOLE FREAKING MONTH! And not one freaking call!

I think some higher power doesn't want me to make my own money...  :(

Yeah, job situation is still pretty rough. 3 years ago it took me 6 months before I hooked in something. They took 2 months to respond. I also noticed, it really helps your chances if you follow-up to show that you're interested.

If they can manage to get WW, I'd be pretty happy. I haven't followed much of her, but what I have read is really good. She's a really great and funny character and they can do a lot with her. It's just sad that she only has a decent television show to her name.

I kind of ignored IM: Armored Adventures because of the whole Scooby gang aesthetic. I'd rather see a straightforward Iron Man cartoon. Though it was cool they brought up Extremis, too bad you ain't gonna see someone's head getting repul blasted in on network television. I also don't have much faith on the Hulk cartoon with a terrible name like that. I'll wait for another Hulk movie with Ruffalo to fill in the void.

All this cartoon talk reminds me of how they sadly never finished the Spawn series. Spawn needs another go into mainstream.

No love for Young Justice? (Btw Wonder Woman is on there) Hated it at first, but it's kinda grown on me. Especially with the new arc introducing a few of my favorites. Wondergirl (Cassandra not Donna), Nightwing, and Tim Drake Robin. Beastboy is interesting so far.

Superman is so easy to screw up cause for the most part his personality in cartoons is non-existent. JL did a decent job in giving him faults, which made you like the character cause he isn't perfect. Every other cartoon (even Superman TAS until the last season) made him lacking of emotion. He had some, but he always seemed so reserved or in the earlier cartoon series so professional.  Was watching the 80's Superman cartoon on my off day. Kinda funny the voice of Mr. Fantastic of the 1994 Fantastic Four TV series is the voice of Superman. They both lack emotion. Guess the voice actor does it well.
Say it with me now: "Variable input lag BAAAAAAD!!!"

No love for YJ...are you serious?  I'm not even gonna dignify that part with a response.

>_> *sigh*

Anyways, I got Tales of Graces f on the PS3 since my bro's back from the Navy. It's not easy to see how this is a Wii port. The guy at GS told me it has a real slow start but gets really good if you dig in deep. I can see what he means. The co-op at least makes it tolerable.

Now I'm curious why so much hate? Cause they completely butchered the comic or adding characters that have no business being on the team?

^^ Dude, seriously. We aren't hating on it. We're scoffing at you because you obviously aren't paying attention to our posts. If anything, I absolutely love the series. That doesn't mean you don't have the right to criticize it.

Surprised the hell outta me too. It's the second time I've seen an employee that doesn't have completely obvious game choices. I used to know a guy who was a big Atlus fan like myself. I thought he was going to roll his eyes over my choice. The guy next to him wasn't so special though. Was raving about the new God of War, so I railed on it.

And I managed to beat Demon's Souls before the servers went down. \(-0-)/ Definitely see where they said Dark Souls was harder. It's nice to have MP and heal items instead of charges and bottles. Also the bosses were pretty weak.

*brofist*

I got the game on hiatus, now need to get back and finish it.

Anyway now that you nerds are talking about DC/Marvel, since a long long time i have been trying/wanting to read The Sandman (by Neil Gaiman), but i just saw the first couple of pages and the art didn't age that well.
I can kinda forget that point if the plot is like super awesome and epic. Any opinions from those who read this series?

You have better luck than me. I'm still looking, hopefully I get one for the summer at least. Otherwise, I'm just gonna do my own thing for money (Start freelancing in repairing computers).

Well at least the story I'm working on will keep me busy during my random searches for a job.

You're too slow!!

Rockefeller living his dream, gets show on Youtube/thestream.tv, gets to interview two porn stars in an actual studio (which looks like part of the Cross Counter studio, considering he also showed clips of when he was on CC Live, probably the ones funding this).

Damn sure a step up from podcasts in Gootecks' basement.
