So yeah, Dragon's Dogma is pretty fun so far. Basically it's like Monster Hunter meets Shadow of the Colossus. I think special mention goes to the AI in this game. Did I mention that wolves hunt you down like REAL FUCKING WOLVES?!? They will ambush you, circle you and rape your party for free. Basically, preparation is key in this game in order to survive.

It's just a shame that there's no multiplayer. It would've been perfect.

What's funny is that this is the "worst" part of the game and I've had to carefully prepare all encounters, because if not you get raped for free. Also fought an Orochi by throwing an explosive in its mouth and jumping from head to head to trigger its explosion. So yeah, it's fucking sick. Also it's got the best animations out there for an ARPG.

And probably the best news to be known, the game's getting a demo (in Japan at least) next week.  Hopefully enough people in the US have JPN accounts so the netcode can be put through some paces.
