Noob KOF player introduction

Hello, I'm Esura. Although this isn't my first time playing a KOF game, as I've played '99, '98 UM, and XI prior but I never actually tried to learn one until KOF XIII. Hopefully I can learn a lot from you guys.

Ohio, although I never actually played anyone beyond online opponents. I heard we had huge fighting game scenes here but I don't really want to go until I get a car.
