Questions about Samurai Showdown 5 Special and 6

Uhm... V SP is the vastly improved version of V. It fixes the balance, fixes virtually all of the bugs, introduces fatalities (I think), adds a few new characters and removes the wolf, and is overall a damn good game. V SP is to V what 3rd Strike is to 2nd Impact.

It's on GGPO and very playable. There's usually 4-5 dudes in the room at peak hours.

What I am trying to figure out is what are the major bugs that had everyone hating V? Playing the computer it's hard to discern what had people up in arms. Playing V on xbox180 is the only thing I can go by as the worst I've seen is the water user combo (forgot his name) and Yumeji. I've been destroyed worse on IV by the same character. I was hoping smomeone would know the specfics.
