The EVO rules state NO WIRELESS CONTROLLERS. Does this mean I cannot use my official wireless ps3 controller (the one that came with the ps3) -with- usb cable attatched? I would really like to play 13 there and if I cannot use my controller I guess i'm screwed... thanks in advance ...

I just PM you the answer, but yeah, you can't, try to get a PS2 to PS3 adapter and use a PS2 controller or get a Sega Saturn USB controller.

AFAIK, wireless controllers are still operating as wireless even though they're connected with a cable. The cable's just for powering it.
