Why so few evo players play with Elisabeth and so much with Kim?

I wander why so kim is such a common player in EVO videos in YOUTUBE. Mr. Kof, IGL-Bala, Mad Kof all play with kim. While I've seen a few IGL-Bala(in MLG Spring) playing with elisabet. Billy Kane is also a uncommon player in EVO players, only IGL-Bala.
