(PSN)Trying to play agains others on the site

As the subject says.
I want to link up with others on the site and some casual fights and what not. I'm still a little scrubbish at the game but with some practice, and some fights, I'll get better. I'm in Japan, so the time difference will be night and day during the week, but the weekends my midday (Noon) is ya'lls night time (7-10pm) depending if you live on west/east coast. I dunno.  I got a decent playable connection to Japan.  Though I am on California and it's closer cross country.  With their Super Internets it was playable.

I've played with people in the US before and I've had some pretty decent connections, especially with west coasters. (played with some friends in Cali, and my little brother in AZ) So, I know there is potential.

Im looking to play anyone from the west, I am in Arizona. I really cant play goood with East coast unless your internet is amazing...
