Mr Bakaboy

I'm hoping someone knows something about arclive. On their homepage they are advertising King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match and Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper. I thought it might be worth looking into so I downloaded it and those 2 games are nowhere to be found on their system. I can't read Chinese so does anybody know why those 2 games are being advertised if they do not carry them on their system.

I think I've seen the same thing, but it maybe something in the works. There is a new ArcLive version out now, so maybe those will go there.

I just download the new version when I got this so I don't think it's on there, but I have my hopes up. I did throw Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper in the rom folder just in case.

Oh, I played Arclive years ago. Even when GGPO was down about 3 years ago there were very few English speakers on there. The lag was about the same as GGPO, just good luck trying to get matched with someone below 500 ping.

Just stick to GGPO.

These banner showing KOF98UM is a little old, maybe only is for marketing purposes.

Mr Bakaboy

I thought they might be careless advertising 98UM but why the heck at the bottom do they show SFA3U?

JAVH

Maybe the same reasons, marketing, I would think SFA3U might be careless because in China KOF is most played, also, if you pay attention in ArcLive/SuParc client design, all references are from SNK

Mr Bakaboy

Well it's a thought. I know when I went into the rooms the only matches I saw were KOF ones. Heck none of the Fatal Fury game were even being played which surprised me.
