To compliment the NA reports thread, here's one for connections in other parts of the world.

Please list where you are, your ping, and where your opponent was if you know.

Played with BioBooster (both of us in Japan). Ping varied mostly from 100-200 in our first play session. Got some lag sometimes, and crashed momentarily once, but definitely was playable for us. Hardest part was getting used to the old movelists again.
