*Sigh* Same thing over here. I practiced all day Saturday in 2k2UM to kill boredom and didnt really feel like doing anything else.

I went out and picked up Assassin's Creed Brotherhood for 360. Fun game with a cool multiplayer (cat and mouse essentially). Still has that issue with the parkour system where a lot of the time the char will jump slightly off where u want and plummet 40 feet or something.

Also tempted to buy Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit for 360 as well (trying it out for pc). Anybody playing that?

Im actually getting AC: Brotherhood very soon. I was watching vids of the online and the "Wanted" match system looks kinda confusing. Can you kill anyone(players)? or your assigned target only?

I just got back from a fighting game gathering. I have successfully ingrained the term neckicopter as the name of Heidern's neck roll move. Awesome stuff!
really wish i knew a few people who played kof in this area i wish even more that there was a arcade nearby

I had to work to build it up. I started attending the SSFIV ranbats here and brought free games - copies of KoFXI, NGBC and FF Archives 2 I bought on clearance for less than $5 each. I spent the entire evening introducing myself and getting to know all of the players. After attending a few of these, I had an SNK night at my house. We played KoF 98UM, XI, XII. 2002, SamShoII and MotW. At the next ranbat, the organizer requested that I bring a KoF set up. Last night there were 10 players at the gathering. Of those 10, 4 primarily played 2002UM and 1 bounced back and forth.

I was hooked on uncharted 2 (ps3) and I switch off to starcraft II at times.

Heard from and old NfS fan that that is a must have. He LOVES that game. Though someone told me about Gran Turismo 5 and I might be looking into that now.

Agreed. You might just have a local SNK following on your hands now. You certainly introduced them to the right games.

You know, when I think about it I'm not as big on fighting games as I thought I was. Yes, I did grow up playing them, but not at high levels. I've recently re-found my love for shmups and action/adventure games and have been playing a lot of DC for shmups and am now playing some of the newer action games like Dante's Inferno for my 360.

And not only that, lately I have found how much I love playing pinball machines. Whenever I go to a bar with friends and there is a pinball present, I tend to waste at least a good $6 on them. In fact, this upcoming weekend I'm going to attend a pinball tournament in NJ. The money will go towards the Eric Legrand Fund which was made for the guy of the same name who recently got paralyzed from the neck down in a Rutgers football game.

Cibernetico

I have to look into Deathsmiles. I don't have a japanese xbox cause I'm not really into importing to tell the truth. although I will be getting Guwange soon on Xbox arcade.

Rex Dart

Deathsmiles was released in North America, so no importing required.
