Her B's are still very strong. I can't seem to cross up with any of her jump ins.
You can't juggle after qcf A anymore.
qcf C still allows for follow ups, but it has way less hitstun than it used to. Seems like +5 or something.
qcb B - f. B combos. Very weak though.
EX Supers are only worth it if all hits connect, which can be tricky.
qcb P is now a juggle starter than a hard knockdown. Not very practical for comboing because of range however.
She doesn't seem to take advantage of Max mode very well, but her EX qcb and EX qcf seem very useful on block.

With Kula's change to qcb+D to increase damage and st.B getting a hitbox buff, Kula is becoming one of the most powerful characters in the game.

The one thing I'm having trouble with is ground-based neutral. Her specials are still pretty unsafe and she doesn't have true blockstrings into specials for safe pressure.

Also, she has practically no setplay. Without an overhead or even a dedicated hard knockdown, people will just tech all the time.

Thanks to Wahuti for posting this. All of the moves that Kula can counter shell.

You basically only need one combo with different variations acording to the meter available, but we like to squeeze the combo engine, and hereĀ“s our Kula combo exhibition:
