I'm thinking about getting it, but I just don't want the game to get trickled down to only having 6 playable characters... Mango Sentinel is dope, but I won't main him...

One of my buddies got a hand on a early copy(don't know how/maybe hack?) and we were playing it all day today. The game is pretty fun and i will most likely get it for myself.

Definitely getting MVC3 especially since it was announced supers have no invincibility frames (I was a bit concerned how noob/scrub friendly this game would be since (S)SF4(AE)) Team: Chun-li Morrigan Jill

I will be getting it though, it was all types of fun when I last tried it out. At least this will hold me until KOF13 hits consoles.

I played it tonight and do not like it at all. I've come to the realization that I really dislike the generic light, medium and heavy attack set up. If I want to play a tag game, I'll stick to KOF XI.

Got the game early an dI have to say, the button setup is beyond stupid in this game. Listen, I understand that they made it so it is easier for new people to get into the game, but even the veterans must not be happy about a button that is specifically assigned just to launch people into the air. At least that's the only thing so far I've found it useful for. Seriously, they should have kept the MvC2 button setups.

And I don't care what anyone says, already there are characters that you can tell will be utterly worthless in the high levels. Chris Redfield and Arthur immediately rang that bell when I tried them out.

I'm obviously going to give the game some more of my time, but chances are looking that I may just drop it in favor of something I have yet to play like BlazBlue.
