Nop, the PS3 is not that easy to hack like the 360, but both have been hacked. The only difference is that the PS3 games use Blu-ray and is harder to make modifications to the game, unlike the 360 DVDs, since everybody has a DVD reader in the computer now at days.

well thanks for clearing that up either way im still probably not gonna buy mister karate when he comes out also i have to say its a tad bit annoying to find out that these characters are already on the disc

MR karate neomax to me looks no worse or better than the other characters who reuse animation for there neomax, Andy, Robert just to name a few, nest kyo neomax is be fitting of him, like Iori, kyo, shen any who I'm disappointed that they were leak and this is more likely to hurt snkp

how would this hurt them exactly? most companies pull this stunt all the time most people stay mad about for a day or two and then leave it alone

Yeah, I doubt this will hurt them in any way.  If anything, it will help a little of the hype and let people settle.

Guess Im wrong, In this day and age some people tend to overreact over anything and the fact that they are on the disk does fuel some resentment  or ill will towards snkp, you're probably right that it wont hurt them but it will leave some individuals feeling slighted- back to topic

I don't mind buying characters for fighting games, heck I bought the 8 dllrs BB:CS characters, so I'm fine with that. What I kinda "hate" is to have bought those new characters and then they release a Disc Version with Extra content that will not be sold as DLC. That is what bothers me the most.

i dont mind buying dlc either i just wish they kept some or the early dlc stuff off the disc it's like buying a car only to find out that you have to wait 3 weeks and pay a certain amount of money just to use the radio

This, i also bought the 3 BBCS chars, and now ASW is releasing the Extend version. And like a sucker i will probably buy that disc as well.
