Last Blade 1

Okay I know there is a Last Blade 2 thread, but what about Last Blade 1? I personally prefer Last Blade 1 over two and do not see too much discussion about it for the most part. I still play it quite a bit and here are some Last Blade 1 casuals from a while back between me and MightyMar:

Those are just a few of MANY..

I also think Last Blade 1 is better balanced than Last Blade 2. You don't have Banlists that people must agree upon, but of course LB2 does have its advantages... (aerial parry, more characters, EX Groove etc)

It's not as popular, but I do still plan to get a section for it on the forum and wiki too. Probably will have to see which online service will play it so there can be casuals and information/notes present for it too.

personally i like 1 better than 2 as well. the games system is better, same for turbo mode (which sucks in lb2, in lb1 its a custom combo mode in which you can dicide what to do).

bad part about the game, some characters are shit and not complete compared to their lb2 form (the big club guy, jouzo?). and less characters ofcourse. turbo mode in this one is just perfect imo.

Anyways, LB1 is nice to play although it's a bit worse balanced than LB2 and whatnot.
The original super-speed mode is very nice, although it's stupid easy to combo into it. Example : Akari = 4A 5AAB 22[AB] 2B 5B 6B 2B 5B 6B 5B 63214A
It's really really stupid easy and really really stupid good.

And, if you do it right too, you can do 4A 5AAB 22[AB] (do a tiny hop) j.BBBB (mash until you land) 4A 5AAB 63214A. It's even more stupid because you can loop jump moves into itself a retarded amount of times.

Edit : Just realized, one button grabs? REALLY? It's exactly why LB2 is better. :U
