Buttons Configuration: Each team is allowed 1 button reconfiguration per match so this means that if one of your team members uses a different configuration than the other 2 he can only be position going first or last not in the middle since that will prompt 2 button reconfigurations



Hello we will be hosting the first KOF XIII teams tournament in the country the format will be 3v3 one character per player. The stream will be provided by LevelUp so expect the best quality.


Remember KOF is an EVO tournament now so let's show that we deserved this spot by supporting our local events!


You are welcome to bring your own team or if you don't have one stop by and we'll set you up in one.


Date: 1/28/2012


Time: 5:00 PM


Location: Super Arcade
              1211 N Grand Ave
              Walnut, CA 91789


Format: 3v3 one character per player, character lock in place. 2/3 double elimination, Grand Final 3/5


Fee: $10/player or $30 per team. $5 venue fee.


System: PS3


Prizes: Winning team takes all and we are working on some bonus prizes.

This is such an interesting idea.  If this works out I'd love to see more KOF tournaments with this format.

Hi guys a reminder this tournament is this weekend! Also I've added a rule about the button reconfiguration.

Hmmm 01/28 5pm PST => 01/29 2am GMT +1?
This thing always breaks my mind :w

If I'm not wrong, it sucks for us in Europe.

Wow, that tourney was mad hype!
I really like the 3 on 3 team concept.
You have to get each players best characters make sure the team is balanced.
Definitely makes for more hype.
