While NGBC has nice netcode, the game is ugly as hell looking thanks to that shitty filter SNK used.

Well CVS2 had it officially but due to exploits in the Dreamcast version people could edit the characters colors. Hence why you see things like Nicks Sentinel, Red White Sentinel, Gold CAble and such.
