Sup guys and gals. The name is Yingyay. I've been a KOF fan since 94'. I came here looking for a place to learn more about the metagame of KOF and have friendly conversations about stuff as well. :)
I'm into programming games myself and my dream is to create my own fighting game!

Welcome (officially) Yingyay to the DC community. Lots to learn here in regard to SNK games and espeically KOFXIII; hopefully you'll find everything you're looking for here.
Nice to hear you're an asipring game designer too. If you're XIII color edits are any early indication, you're probably on your way to making something awesome.
Yeah, im working on simple fan-fighting games for now since my spriting skills dont match what I can dream up at the moment lol. So im just using this time to learn what makes a good fighter.
I've been learning a lot from here just by lurking alone. I really believe this game can get as big as SFIV. And I hope it does!
My only gripe with SNK is the fact that Vanessa isnt playable in KOF13 >=(

I do do a little dev work at my job now, but for running software and systems....not much is transferrrable :P
Yeah I think we can make it as big as SF as well given time.
