I'd prefer Power because he gets more damage, but with Power you have to master his 1-frame link (2C 4A). It's super-high damage when you chain his A moves into 623B and SC that into his air DM.
In general, he's very good on power though.
Rarely use his dive. It's good for punishing stupid shit, that's about all.
