NEC XII has come and gone. For it's first major, we had over 50+ players for KOF XIII! I want to thank everyone who came out, and hope everyone enjoyed their time at the event. I've got some other shoutouts, but without further ado, the results:

oh wow, i think i did pretty well for my first major, anyways guys thanks for having this and making it very fun for me, i laughed after every match win or lose, probably the most fun i had in awhile. We need more tourneys in the east coast! and i'm trying to make that happen, at least in NYC

Don't tell me that's the same winback that trolls on the srk forums? I thought he made it clear that he hates kof. I can't stand that guy and it especially pisses me off that he did so well.

Big E, thank you for hosting such an amazing event and all your hard work. I have nothing but amazing things to say about NEC when I get back home, I will definetely try to make it out next year. The KOF community in the East coast is awesome they showed nothing but love to the WC and out of state players. JT did an amazing job running the KOF side of the tourney all his hard work is appreciated too. NEC has set a bench mark for KOF majors, as a TO for SCR I will try to match the level of excitment and numbers you guys delivered.

Thank you all for your support via twitter and the forums, I appreciate it and believe it or not helped me get through the finals. I will do a Recap Stream later this week possibly Thursday.

Yo reynald that touch of death to you know who was EPIC I think that really built that hype even more than it already did. Good shit as well The Answer I'm really glad that people are receiving this game well. Can't wait to see how it goes in SoCal.

You my friend get mad props for single-highhandedly sparking some VF talk in the commentary by picking Chin. Two great games with dope drunken masters need tons of hype...
Oh yeah, was that "heaven stage" really that bad to ban it??? I personally didn't have any problems with it, and no one's ever come to me about it.

Most of the people whom I talked to at the event did have a problem with it, whether due to the echoes, or the fact that the sprites, ESPECIALLY on special moves, look different.
Hell, King's Venom Strike looks bigger on that stage for example. It's best just to avoid that stage.

Doing fine, and yeah, definitely doing that. Like I could not thank Andre enough for doing that for me. He even said that I could crash in his room for Winter Brawl if I go.
But yeah, I'm so grateful to him for making it back home. Plus now that I'm back here, I can make proper adjustments to my game.

I was glad to be a part of this. Never been to a major before and I had lots of fun.
I just wish I hadn't been so nervous being on stream. I hope I can work on that in the future for Winter Brawl.
Props to everyone that participated, you guys are a bunch of great people. Everyone was friendly, excitable and hyped as hell for this great game. I hope to see some of you guys again.

yeah, I'm just chillin after work tonight so I think I'l get back and watch it tonight. I played until I fought Oscar and then I was kinda gone, didn't even finish my bracket. My regards to jt4mtb and Hubbs for running it, I dropped off after my first loss and I honestly wasn't completely myself that whole weekend... wasn't even super hype about playing until sunday.
