Title: Anyone know what are the minimum PC requirements to run GGPO?

I'm seriously considering just making myself a cheap ass PC so I can play some GGPO. does anyone know what the minimum requirements are to run GGPO?

And if you have to ask, I do have a laptop but it's a Mac and I've tried running GGPO on a dual booting XP but to no avail.

The requirements isn't that big. It can run on most computers.
