Title: Problem with getting an online match

Hey everyone,

So I've recently gotten KOFXIII and I really like the game so I tried to go online to play some matches....only to get denied by the game! And I'm not talking about lag, the game kept telling me "You do not meet the conditions required to get a match" or something like that. What's up with that and how do I solve this problem??

You might be trying to join a match that doesn't allow your connection to that person.

Hey Joe. For online connections, people can set what kind of connection they can reach, like 3 bars (green) or above. Whenever you get that message, you might only be a 2 bar (yellow) to them or lower. It's nothing wrong with your system, just connection preferences. You might use those later yourself.
