Is this port even playable or is it the ps2/dreamcast put which has input lag?

It's the straight up PS2 port. No online, and however good or bad it was in the first place. Since I have '00 on DC, AES, MVS, and PC (with fightcade playing it online I'm really not interested in something like that.
