I will do my best to keep this post updated every time a new balance patch is released. If SNK releases Japanese patch notes before English ones, I will put out a translation as soon as I can. Once the official English patch notes are released, I will replace my translation with the SNK version for parity. Now, on with the technical jargon!
Current Update(v.2.00)

Jumping ;c : Has had it's start-up frames reduced
Jumping ;d : Has had it's hitbox extended backwards
Jumping Blowback ( ;c+ ;d) : Has had it's active frames increased
Dust Shoot (throw with ;d) : Shortened overall recovery frames once throw is confirmed
The Sorrow ( ;dn ;db ;bk+P) : Movement speed increased.
EX The Sorrow ( ;dn ;db ;bk+ ;a+ ;c) : Movement speed increased.
EX The Rage ( ;dn ;df ;fd+ ;b+ ;d) : Hitbox size increased.

Pretty big deals. cr. D is also cancelable into f. A so comboing off that as an AA is much easier. cr. B having a smaller hurtbox makes it easier to catch empty jumps or high angled jump ins with it. qcf P now hits crouchers, helping his wakeup game. Nicu nicu

Completely agree. I found his slide and qcf A near worthless before, but these buffs suddenly make them worth while tools. I didn't know about crouching D canceling into f+A. I guess they just made it a fully cancelable normal, which greatly increases it's usefulness. It was already a decent move. Far standing C hitbox buff makes that move a lot better as well. It no longer whiffs crouchers and it feels like it hits from just a touch further away now.

What exactly does "throw range increased" mean for his Climax?
