i've been seing in match vids about the  ~     , can it be used to dash across the screen safely? like without the attack animation on the end?

so for other players the inputting the directions are roughly the same speed or not? (compared to other Fgames)

yo im new to KOF, its literally my 1st day learning this, earlier today i tried to do some practices on Andy's moves.

particularly the    /   . i duno if i input the directoinals too fast, but wat usually appears is just well a kick animation. I've been playing FGames competitively for about 2 years now so i have the fundamentals and all.

should i slow down my directional input? this is kof13 btw, thanks
