It's totally the 50 target actions. Just unlocked Saiki!

Also, unlocking Saiki unlocks the under the stadium stage.

this pretty much means that people are correct in stating you have to do 50 target actions.

I'm going to try that now, but I feel like I've done 5~6 per round in order to get that score anyway...

So after the third match in arcade mode I thought that I surely had enough points to fight Saiki. Nope, Billy comes up as usual and my points counter is at 2,166,800. What's the deal?

The way you fight Saiki is if your score is above 2000000 right after the 3rd match.
The reason it seems like you have to do target actions is because they greatly affect your score.

Really? I don't feel like I'll be able to pull that off...
