I think only ex Buster Wolf punishes stuff since it goes through projectiles.

Cool that Climax is there. Any notable changes from console that may result in a balance update from SNKP?

So apparently j.2C can crossup, and I never knew that. Is the positioning character-specific at all or is it universal?

KOF13 is so godlike. Got it on release day pre-ordered, haven't regretted it ever since. Just wanted to say something because I barely post here or on SRK or dustloop anymore.

I'm not sure if anyone else knows, but button config IS on the character select screen, just not obvious. Just press the cancel button on character select screen in versus mode, there is an option to change button config. Also I'm not trying online again until the patch at least. Really bad connections even with a green bar.

So I'm wondering if there is any way to improve my connection, the few matches I've had were hard to play through.

So what are target actions exactly? Still can't unlock Saiki.

He's basically trying to replace/repair the board in his joystick. AM2, that name sounds familiar. Are you on MBread? If so, do you know Tsubasa? He usually goes to NorCal Install's. In the past, he would help people out with stick repairs and whatnot. Not sure if he still does them, but it's worth a shot. I'd help you out if I could, but I don't have any replacement PCBs at the moment. Btw, is it an EX2 or an HRAP?

yeah, I'm the same dude. It's a Hori Hrap EX. I'd like for the PCB to be repaired at least.

anyone local have a custom PCB that handles PC, PS3, and X360 they're looking to sell? Or can help me repair my Xbox 360 Hori's PCB? I REALLY want to be ready for KOF13.

Did they announce the prices for EX Iori and EX Kyo DLC yet?

How are Rock and Iori in this game?

Anyone want to come over for one of my mini-sessions? Will host KOF2002UM, KOF98UM, Garou, KOFXI, and Real Bout 2.

To me, tick throws are just another mid/high-level Fighting Game technique. If a game doesn't have the mechanics that allow tick throws to happen, I'm fine with that. RB2 not having them is fine, but some of the characters not being able to compete in mid/high-level play is interesting to hear. Is it possible to get an alright connection for online play if you only have wi-fi?

its not fine, anybody that has played this game seriously at a high enough level will tell you the same. the game either needs tick throws or guard break, prefferably both actually. this game would have been one of the best fighters ever if it had these 2 things in it.

Damn, you're right. Would be cool to guard break someone who constantly blocks or tick throw them. Disregard what I said.
