personally I believe it gets more and more balanced in each game.
Extend seems more balanced since more characters are causing problems for people. Namely Tager and Hakumen. Two characters that never got a break in the previous games

hakumen was strong in cs1 and solid in cs2, spark won evo using haku, about tager you're right, he was always tager tier.
balance in csex is very good, gaps between tiers are small and every char can win. I think it's most balanced game at this moment.

If I find the game cheap, I will buy it, just for the story mode which I really liked, and for tsubaki, even though sadly she seems to be nerfed to hell, I hope that she is still a decent character to play

tsubaki is still playable, she just a bit weaker than other chars. Definitely not shittier.

wait, milking? it became good after cs2, bbct was bullshit and cs1 was broken(ib 5A lol), if it was still ct or cs1 then i already stoped playing bb. CSEX have nearly perfect balance. They improving alot BB with every release. It's still top3 in arcadia rating and is more popular than gg used to be. There will be at least 1 more BB big release, with new story and i think new chars and system/balance changes.

i don't see why you can't do it in combo, will test at home, and i think it's good only for do after earring

with hd you can confirm anything into C>236A>6D>etc on grounded opponent or anything into j.214B/D>j.214BD(>tk.214BD)>623A>etc on aerial if opponent is enough close to corner for 600+ damage.
236AC>6D does not catches your opponent always? i though if you want to spend drive it's better to do 236AC>6D>214D>623A(>236C>6D)>214D>623A/C

is there same lists with reversal startups? and what about dlc chars? is this same for fallback(roll recovery)?
