I'm thinking of battery character, yes.  I'm picking one or the other, because I'm still relatively new, and want to really learn my 3 characters well for Final Round coming up in little over a month.  Though I would like to, I don't really want to stretch myself thin with too many characters.

My last two teamcharacters are EX Kyo(2nd) and Claw Iori(3rd)

Having trouble picking a starter character.  I know Mature has better damage and space control options for zoners, but Duo Lon has better normals, is faster, and has a better ground game.  I keep flip-flopping, so I need the help and advice of you guys before I invest one of these characters into a huge timesink of training time

I'm having real problems trying to do f+B-->hcb,qcf+P/PP! 

Is there a shortcut to this or something?  I can't figure it out, and this will put my Duo Lon progress to a grinding halt.

Should be qcb,hcf+A/AC for the super. Don't worry about this too much. Supercanceling off of the f+B isn't that important in Duo Lon's overall gameplay.

Actually, I'm a complete idiot.  My apologies.  I did the complete wrong notation.  (obviously still new with Duo Lon)

I meant to say f+A-->super.  THAT's the notation giving me problems, and help with that will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.  I'm getting the hang of 13, but I will likely be hitting up your boards alot, because the shortcut system in this game is very different for me, and some of the combos (like NESTS Kyo's #6 trial? I think) seem more difficult to me than they should be. 

Snags aside, I love 13, it's very fun.  I started playing KOF with 99 on the Dreamcast (which I hated, for reasons I don't remember), and then got the PS2 3-pack of 2000-2K2 (which I LOVED :D ).  KOF was always fun for me, but now I actually can give the series more attention since more people around me are playing 13, which I am excited about.

My tag is BLACK STAR.  I'm new to KOF 13 like pretty much everybody else, and I've only played older KOFs casually.  I'm trying to get serious with 13, because not only is it fun, but the iPlaywinner streams looked hype.   And hopefully, our GA SNK scene will keep building, since there's quite of bit of interest in 13.

BTW, I'm going to be at Final Round this year, and I hope to be good enough to show that Claw Iori should be the ONLY Iori going forward in the next games. >:D

Oh yeah, as for previous non-KOF fighting games, I've play pretty much everything that is not Tekken, MK, or SF4.  I play alot of Marvel right now, but I'm going to be all over SC5 when it comes out.  And when Virtua Fighter shows up this summer?  ITS OVER
