does anyone know of any footage of people (successfully) fighting Kula corner pressure? I understand it's kind of a character to character type thing, but I'm really getting frustrated by that matchup...

let me rephrase: is there a reason Robert's frame data doesn't exist? did the person just stop after doing most of the characters?

lol Billy's sprite is so janky. We're lucky we're even getting EX characters; there's no way they had time to make any more new charactrers.

It was C breath into a stand C into A breath into throw. A breath doesn't have enough frame advantage to lead into anything other than throw. They wouldn't just give him an easy-ass infinite.

Does Robert's f+A hit high? Otherwise, I don't see its utility being very high.


I think that's probably the only change that I'm confused about; everything else looks really good.

easiest solution is reduce overall damage and increase charge time by a bit



raiden needs the ultimate juggle property from the level 3 and 4 versions to score significant damage in most situations and the utility and speed of it to get out of tough situations
