I'm having trouble confirming cr.B > s.B > f+A into and HD combo.

Whenever I activate after f+A, the s.C always comes out immediately, and it becomes impossible for me to continue the combo.

Yet for some strange reason, I've managed to sometimes get the activation slide I need to do the combo. I don't get how this shit works whatsoever.

Matchups I want more experience against: EVERYONE

I haven't been able to get very many matches in this game.

Drive cancelling into fireball on his DP is so absurdly difficult because a lot of the time I'll end up super cancelling instead of drive cancelling.

Anybody figure out a good way to do it consistently?  Putting the stick back at neutral sounds like the way to do it, but I haven't figured out where exactly to do that yet.

EDIT:

Nevermind, just figured out I could tap the button after the DP to drive cancel in to it.

Boy KOF XIII sure is nice about this stuff.

When it comes to 2002UM tournament play, is it standard for the whole bottom row to be banned including Geese and Goenitz?
