I guess I will toss my two cents into the ring right now, I just downloaded the patch and played 6 matches online. I created a lobby and filtered like so : Region: Any, Latency: 3 bar and up...(The skill and all that I dont think matter haha) Of those 6 matches 2 where 4 bar and 4 where 3 bar and only one 3 bar had notable lag. I dont know if it could be a placebo effect or if they actually feel good now. Just from what I can see.

Hey I dont know if you know but might as well give you a heads up there is a tournament coming up in Albuquerque on Feb 11th. They are going to have KoF there so just a heads up, if you search for the Albuquerque thread on SRK.com you will be able to get all the detials. As well as a pretty big tourney in El Paso with KoF as well.

Ok Clark guys, I really feel like picking Clark up and putting him in my main team. I have heard that Clark needs meter to be effective. How true is this? I need a opener as Im using EX Iori and he needs meter as well. Thanks for the input

You can burn two to three more meters doing the ex version of the Hienryujinkyaku (qcb BD) and then a either of his desperation moves, but it only does a hundred damage more. I just dont feel like 500 damage for 4 meters plus 1 drive meter is worth it.
